For K12 Educators: This workshop makes the most of young people’s innate sense of curiosity, playfulness, and justice to build spaces rooted in interdependence and co-creation, where everyone matters. Using art materials like potter's clay and natural materials along with children’s books and short stories, participants will try out art dialoguing, group sculpting, and shared-earth design activities that align with goals in science and technology, ELA, SEL, and visual arts. Participants will leave with a strategy for cultivating more harmonious classroom spaces and beyond, where all beings are seen, engaged, and cared for. Come ready to create, respond, and reimagine what it means to build a better world—together.
