Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex invites educators from across the country to take part in Educator Night Out on May 6, 2025, from 4 pm - 7 pm. Come celebrate the hard work of incredible educators for an evening of dinner and drinks, opportunities to mingle with commercial space partners, and more!
Please use your school-provided email to register for this event.
Entry begins at 4pm through the main entrance. While the formal event begins at 5pm in the Heroes & Legends Conference Facility, early arrivals are encouraged to explore and enjoy the visitor complex. Recommended activities may include:
- Shopping at The Space Shop
- Taking 'flight' at Spaceport KSC, the newest attraction located in Gateway: The Deep Space Launch Complex®.
- Marvelling at Space Shuttle Atlantis® and visiting the Shuttle Launch Experience.
Please note: All attractions and retail location will close at 5PM for the evening, and the Educator Night Out festivities will begin promptly at 5PM in the Heroes & Legends Conference Facility.
Complimentary parking is available, and all guests will enter the park through the main turnstiles. Attendees will be required to bring their school-issued ID or certification document and a digital or physical copy of the RSVP for check-in.
Accepted IDs may be one of the following:
- An active teaching certificate from the United States, Puerto Rico, or U.S. Virgin Islands
- A badge with a photo that shows the title Teacher or Educator for Kindergarten - Grade 12
- A letter on school letterhead, dated and signed by the principal listing the name(s) of the teachers, stating they are an educator at the school.
This event is a celebration for educators only. There will be no admittance for children/students or plus one’s.
This event will take place rain or shine.
