The period after a journey is where much of the real growth, meaning-making, and healing can happen, especially with the steady support of trusted loved ones.
This education night is designed to give friends, partners, and family members practical tools for offering grounded, compassionate support after a psychedelic experience. We’ll explore:
✨ What someone might feel in the hours, days, and weeks after a journey
✨ How to “hold space” without trying to fix, diagnose, or interpret
✨ Supportive communication practices
✨ Common challenges and how to navigate them
✨ When to encourage additional resources or professional support
✨ Ways to help someone integrate insights into daily life
This event is open to anyone interested in supportive roles — no prior experience with psychedelics is needed. Whether you’re a curious community member, a wellness practitioner, or someone preparing to support a loved one, this evening offers a safe, accessible way to learn more.
