Eduardo Tami (born in Buenos Aires, 1952) is an outstanding Argentine flutist,arranger and composer, specialized in tango and another popular musicsof his country. He trained at the Juan Jose Castro conservatory with professors likeAlfredo Lannelli, Raquel Arana y Ljerko Spiller. With more than 7 albums released, which use the flute as the main melodic element, Tami has toured conservatories and university institutions around the world.As a composer, his catalog includes two rhapsodies, a string quartet, several pieces for flute and piano on genres like candombe, tango, milonga, zamba, chacarera, chamame, and choro. At the request of the Foreign Ministry, he has recorded the National Anthemto be played at several Argentine Embassies.
