About this Event
Virtual Reality (VR) provides exciting opportunities to enhance learning by providing students access to experiences and places they might not otherwise have.
Presented by Dr Rebecca Vivian, this workshop introduces VR technology and examples of how educators are using our VR in classrooms. You will have hands-on experience using VR with our Oculus Quest headsets and consider how VR apps can support or extend learning across the curriculum.
All participants will receive a certificate of attendance on the day. This event is a face to face workshop being held on campus at The University of Adelaide.
Light refreshments will be provided. Please RSVP for catering and to secure your place - we have a limited number of places to ensure participants have time to experience the VR.
Please note that this event is open to all educators however priority will be given to EdTechSA members. If the event is over subscribed we will create a waiting list.
