Itinerary (tentative):
8:00am: Doors Open
8:15am-9:15am: Instructors Training (4th Dan & Higher. 3rd Dan by invitation)
9:00am-9:30am: Colour belt and 1st -3rd Dan Arrive & Check-In (GET BBQ TICKET)
9:30am: Bow In
9:30am-10:15am: Warm Up and Basic Movements & Techniques
10:15am-10:20am: Break & Split participants into Groups for Patterns
Group 1: White Belt ►Yellow Belt (10th Gup-8th Gup)
Group 2: Green Stripe ►Blue Stripe (7th Gup-5th Gup)
Group 3: Blue Belt ►Red Stripe (4th Gup-3rd Gup)
Group 4: Red Belt ► Black Stripe (2nd Gup-1st Gup)
Group 5: 1st -3rd Dan
10:20am-11:00am: Patterns (Each group will go through the appropriate patterns for the groups level and then will go into Junior Belt Patterns if/when they complete the senior patterns)
11:00am-11:10am: Break and Get Sparring Gear On. Groups come together.
11:10am-12:30pm: Sparring Drills and Sparring Matches.
12:30pm-12:40pm: Group Photo
12:40pm-2:00pm: BBQ and Social Event
2:00pm: Clean Up and Leave
What do Participants needs to bring?
All participants/Instructors will wear their doboks In their Kit bags they should bring their sparring gear, water bottle, and a change of clothes if they wish for the BBQ and Social Event.
BBQ Details: (WE ARE DOING A PREORDER SET UP TO REDUCE FOOD WASTAGE. PLEASE FILL OUT PREREGISTRATION TO INDICATE YOUR CHOICE OF HOTDOG MEAL OR BURGER MEAL)
HOT DOG MEAL: Hot dog, Drink, Chips. Dessert
BURGER MEAL: Burger, Drink, Chips. Dessert
Condiments: Ketchup, Relish, Mustard,
