David Chamberlain and the DLI (Direct Latin Influence) Band:
Experience the vibrant, traditional Cuban rhythms of David Chamberlain and his gifted orchestra. They will have you on your feet, dancing to your favorite Latin tunes, including tangos, merengues, salsas, and more.

Time: Festivities start at 7:30 PM and end at 12:30 AM, with continuous dancing throughout.
Tickets:
VIP seating: $200 per person - All inclusive.
Mezzanine seating: $150 per person, offering the same fantastic experience.
Culinary Experience:
Renowned Chef Mina Newman will craft an incredible meal for the occasion, featuring a selection of salads, appetizers, main courses, and desserts. Past appetizers have included Pan Roasted Sea Scallops, Yellowfin Tuna Tartar, and Butternut Squash Ravioli with Roasted Hazelnuts. Entrée options have ranged from Filet Mignon served with Scalloped Potatoes and Grilled Asparagus to Roasted Chicken Breast with Potato Hash and Pan-Seared Salmon with Wild Rice Pilaf. Desserts promise to be equally special.
