On Thursday 2nd May Craicfriars Comedy sets out to answer a question at Blackfriars of Bell St: which comedy scene is funnier Edinburgh or Glasgow? You the audience decide! Representing Edinburgh we have the very funny Cobin Millage Ayo Adenekan and Dan McKenna; facing off against them is a formidable team of Glasgow’s finest: Daniel Petrie Maria McAveety and John Carruthers. Adjudicating will be our neutral host from Stirling the award-nominated Iain Hume.
Iain Hume is a two-time Scottish Comedian of the Year finalist and comedy circuit legend. Other awards include winning both the Rotunda Gong Show and the nationally famous Frog & Bucket Beat The Frog contest. He was chosen to open for Ed Byrne at Strathaven Comedy Club.
“Completely honest funny original and wickedly wonderful” – Janey Godley
