🪩 We invite you to the second annual Edinburgh Rock & Metal Society Ball on Thursday 3rd April at 8pm at the Voodoo Rooms, for a very magical night of metal, laughs, scran, and boogying!!🪩 During the dinner will be handing out our EdRammy Awards to celebrate a wonderful year of our society, & afterwards we will be joined by the incomparable Luxera for our own show
Meal options are as follows:
Mains ~
🪩 Lamb rump with celeriac fondants, pea puree, braised cabbage & mint jus (gf)
🪩 Chicken breast with haggis bon-bons, mashed potato, crispy pancetta & tarragon cream
🪩 Pan fried sea bass with parmentier potatoes, asparagus, beurre blanc & baby onions (gf)
🪩 Butternut squash risotto with sage, pistachios & vegan parmesan (vg)
Desserts ~
🪩 Sticky toffee pudding with banana & vanilla ice cream
🪩 Poached pears with vegan chocolate ice cream (vg)
🪩 Tickets are £32 available for purchase via the EUSA website, limited to 70. Let the committee know your meal order & any allergy information by Friday 14th March, & we'll see you there for an amazing night, this one will be special!!!
