About this Event
Edible flowers are being hailed as a new trend in the culinary world. However, flowers have been eaten in many cultures for centuries.
In this workshop you will learn how to grow a large range of edible flowers on a seasonal basis and how to preserve them for out of season use. You will also discover how to use edible flowers to bring a wow factor into food and drink recipes.
The course will be led by Barbara Depledge a retired pharmacist and former Chairman of the Herb Society UK. Barbara is a passionate herb enthusiast and gives talks regularly at garden clubs throughout Cheshire.

FAQs
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Parking on site is available but limited so we would encourage car-sharing where possible.
The Google map pin is close but not accurate. Please turn down the private road marked as Blackden Firs, bear right at the farm and at the bottom of the track, by the bridge, turn left and cross the cattle grid. The Old Medicine House is ahead of you at the top of the track.
The nearest train station is Goostrey which is a walk of approximately 1 mile away.
