                    I have been a trainer at Edge Fitness Fargo for over 3 years! It is such a well kept gym with so much variety and versatility in equipment! They have recently updated, added and expanded! It has been so much fun to program with new equipment!I am here to help! I would love to help you get acclimated to the gym!
Sunday, September 12th
3pm-4pm
The gym orientation will includes::
-5 min: Gym walk through
-5 min: training plan (circle back at end)
-10 min: warm up demos
-30 min: new equipment demos:
—10min: Legs: hack squat, reverse hyper extension, lying leg press, cable squat, Soleus raise, hamstring curl, quad extension
—10min: Upper body: pull: lay pull down, renegade row, low row, cable bicep
—10min: Upper body: push: chest press, incline press, shoulder press, tricep extension
-5 min: cool down demo
-5 min: programming options
