It is official: our season opening is here! And we decided to start with a bang: the NEMO roof!
What is EDEN? EDEN is an electronic music meditation designed to cultivate feelings of joy & freedom.
Usually 1 hour in length, the sessions are led by Kim and follow a carefully crafted sequence existing of collective intention-setting, movement and breathwork. Our practice involves the use of wireless headsets, which provide an immersive experience through sound. Everyone can do an EDEN session: no experience at all is required.
It is about being in the here and now, surrounded by amazing people, great tunes and an incredible vibe. It is about moving and feeling amazing while doing so. It is about love, it is about mindfulness, it is about freedom. What better day than Liberation day?
