The Eddie Joe's Icehouse food truck will be parked in the St. Andrew parking lot. Their menu changes daily, but you're likely to find EJI crowd favorites like brisket, loaded nachos, pulled pork, and of course our famous sweet potato muffins. You might even find special treats like brownie hot chocolate or cinnamon rolls! You’re invited to the St. Andrew UMC campus as Eddie Joe's Icehouse serves up delicious BBQ and TexMex.
