A fabulous walk with lush meadows, friendly horses, happy pigs and of course a teashop in the middle!� ABOUT THE WALK �
As we leave the small village of Ecton following the footpath into lush meadows the sound of the busy road behind us is soon a distant memory. We say hello to some very friendly horses and a shetland pony, walk by the farm shop that you may never have known about previously, before making our way into Sywell Country Park.
There are lots of things to see here, so get your camera ready! We will point out the butterfly meadow, and small bits of history as we make the loop around the gorgeous Sywell Reservoir. We will stop to chat to the cattle, and watch the geese flying overhead. Before we exit the park we will grab a cuppa at the Pump House Cafe and perhaps a hot sausage roll or slice of cake.

Please arrive by 9.45 am we will set off at 10 am sharp. If this is your first AG walk, then please arrive nice and early and seek out the walk leader who will be wearing a red "walk leader" pin badge.

� RULES TO KEEP YOU SAFE :
-We walk in all weathers, however, if we have a weather warning then the event may be cancelled. Keep an eye on your emails and the Facebook event page for notifications of any cancellations.
-We will only ever walk in groups of 15 or less. If we have more than 15, we will usually have two walk leaders and walk in opposite directions.
-We supply free sweets at the halfway stage - we call this "squidge and dip" - hand sanitiser, then dip in for your free sweets.
