Ecstatic Temple Dance is a safe space for women needing judgement free gathering, and slower pace.
In the light of the Pink Full Moon, this event is designed to help you reset your nervous system through the power of ecstatic dance, genlte breathwork and ceremony. Let go of stress, release tension, and learn how to move your body intuitively so that it feels truly free.
The time during the Full Moon can be overwhelming, you may find yourself:
Craving connection
Overworking or staying busy to avoid slowing down
Constantly doom-scrolling or seeking distractions
Emotional outbursts or sudden shutdowns
Craving sugar, caffeine, or alcohol to make yourself feel better
Avoiding social interactions or feeling socially drained
It may feel that your nervous system is stuck in "fight, flight, or freeze" mode, it struggles to return to a relaxed state. This can happen due to increased activity of the lunar energy, when all the waters (our emotions) are pulled upwards to be transformed.
If we listen to the call of the natural cycle of the moon, and dance with its energy, the transformation, release, and rejuvenation can be achieved.
If we are stagnant, or find ourselved on the "go mode" all the time our bodies feel trapped and helpless which may lead to us wanting to soothe ourselves the way we know best (working more, bindge watching, drinking alchohol or smoking).
Ecstatic Temple Dance space offers a space where you learn how to soothe your nervous system, how to find safety withing, and how to be your best friend.
It not only weaves the wisdom of ceremony to prepare the mind, body and soul to reconnect with its own natural cycles, and release what is no longer needed.
Enter the space where your body becomes your temple.
And your temple becomes your anchor for safety, and bottomless well of love that you will start to receive in overflow.
