Whether you’re lying down, swaying in stillness, or moving ecstatically—this is a space for deep listening and soul expression.

• A safe, welcoming environment for all bodies and backgrounds
• Live instrumentation including crystal bowls, flutes, drum, handpan, gongs & more
• A guided invitation to move, breathe, and release
• Integration and rest to close
What to Bring:
Water, comfortable clothes, a yoga mat or blanket, and anything that helps you feel supported during rest.
Movement is welcome, but not required.
