The Ecstatic Journey combines music, dance, breath and a drumming journey.The evening starts by sitting in circle to connect and formulate your intention for the journey.
The journey is contained in a safe and sacred container. This is conducive to us getting out of our heads and into our bodies.
We allow the music to move us as we begin our journey within. There is no right or wrong way to dance or move!
After a while we lie down with our blanket and pillows and continue using the music as the landscape and use the breath as the fuel. We breath deeper and faster to move the energy through us. This is not a cathartic experience, we are using it to silently go deeper within.
The music will then stop and you begin your shamanic journey with the drum.
We finish by sitting in circle to contain, honour, integrate and ground the experiences before closing the sacred space.
