KIRTAN
We will begin the evening with heart-opening kirtan singing. Kirtan is an accessible, devotional call and response style singing that fosters community and connection. This Kirtan will be guided by Isabelle (Sakshi) and Melanie (Sakshi Jyot), supported by the incomparable Kevin Parkinson (Presence of Sound) on percussion.
ECSTATIC DANCE
Heart opening singing is a perfect preparation for movement. After kirtan, we’ll glide into a liberating ecstatic dance experience guided by the irresistible Anika Rain. This is a heart-centered practice of play, where intuitive body movement can release blocked emotions and stress by unravelling physical tension. Together we will move through a full spectrum of expression to embrace the nurture and grace of Fall.
TEA & TREATS
Tea, treats, and beats will fuel us as we move in and celebrate connective autumn abundance.
