Welcome to a fun and uplifting (Ecstatic) day retreat exploring movement, sounds and rythms with Ernesto Rodriguez and Mario Maywa. A day in community dedicated to nurturing our hearts and minds, conectioning with our bodies and bringing inspiration to our life. Thru the power of music, dance, yoga and meditation we will explore our movements, our voices, rythms and the healing power of sounds.We have created a fun and playful day with yoga, Sound journey, meditation, kirtan, medicine music, movements & voices workshop that will culminate with an playful Ecstatic Dance. A musical journey inviting participants to connect with melodies from around the world, fused with the vibrant trival rhythms and psychedelic textures.
A full day to raise our energies in the middle of the cold winter.
We hope you feel the call to join us for a cosy full day! We will also offer a limited amount of tickets for those that would like to come just for the Final Ecstatic Dance (3 hours).
We have the honor to have in town our Peruvian friend Mario Maywa traveling all the way from Spain to lead this top quality ecstatic experience. Mario is a multi-intrumental musician/producer, a facilitator and a space holder who spent years working in Cusco, Peru working with Shamas and holding different retreats and ceremonies. He mixes diverse music from around the world incorporating shamanic and ancestral instruments from South America, chants and live drums! He is a fun, playful and kind guy bringing the rich wisdown and traditions of his country and integrating it with modern spirituality and contemporary electronic music. Ernesto is the founder of Ananda Yoga Studio (Växjö) and for the last 18 years has been working as a Akashic Records consoltant, holistic coach, regression therapist, yoga & meditation teacher and facilitator for different types of retreats, workshops and ceremonies. He embodies a variaty of wisdom from yoga, budhism, ancestral traditions from South America and moder spirituality.

9:00-10:30 – Morning yoga
10:30-10:45 – breack (tea/frukt)
10:45-12:30 – Exploring movement, sounds and rythms with Mario
12:30-13:30 – Lunch
13:30 – 14:20 – Sound journey with Mario & Ernesto
14:20 – 14:40 – break
14:40 – 16:00 – Medicine Music, Mantra & Meditation with Mario & Ernesto
16:00 – 16:30 – break
16:30 – 19:30 - Ecstatic Dance (free dance with DJ set & Live Music) Mario & Ernesto
