This lightly facilitated experience begins with a gentle somatic warm-up provided by Whitney Waterbury to help you drop into your body, shake off the day, and ease into improvisational dance—no choreography, no expectations.

Guided by a live DJ (DJ/KVN aka Kevin Plyler), the music builds and flows to support a full-spectrum ecstatic dance journey.
