This is an all ages event. Mark your calendars and spread the word!
For those unfamiliar with ecstatic dance, core tenets to follow during the event are below:
No talking during the dance portion of the event.
Attendees should be completely sober and substance free.
Dance and move freely but consciously.
Dance respectfully and without judgment. No touching others without consent.
Dancing barefoot or without shoes is preferred, though you may leave your shoes on at this event if you'd like - please just watch out for others' feet if you do.
