Ecstatic dance is a non-judgemental lighthearted way to connect deeply with ourselves while sharing space with cool people who want to have fun or maybe to try something new. Our journey through music and movement is an opportunity to use our body as a tool to create joy through freedom of expression, especially for the beings who would love to be able to move freely.
