Our music will take you on a journey, shifting between soft, airy, and flowing to fiery, pulsing, and powerful. It's an open invitation to be fully present, to let go of control, to release expectations, and simply follow your own rhythm. No right or wrong. No good or bad. Just pure, uninhibited movement.
We all carry an innate connection to dance, music, and rhythm, yet in the whirlwind of daily life, we often lose touch with this primal force. This is your chance to come back to yourself, to your natural flow, and to your uninhibited expression.
At the end, merging into a deep, nourishing rest, lying down and receiving the gentle embrace of calming live music, allowing you to go into total relaxation.

We dance on a wooden floor, in an amazing venue. Just a one-minute walk from the central station of Uppsala. Located at Studio K, Drabanten, Bangårdsgatan 13.

"No shoes. No booze. No chitchat." We come together connecting our bare feet to the earth, purely communicating through our bodies, and celebrating life in all its aspects. You are entirely free to follow your own needs during the dance. We do not allow any kind of drugs.
Dance with yourself or others while respecting each other’s boundaries.
The danceroom is a zone free from phones and cameras.

We are Echoes of Devotion, a musical duo creating live, immersive soundscapes using percussion, handpan, ngoni, flutes, voice, loop stations, and more. We offer sound journeys ranging from dynamic dance experiences to meditative concerts for deep relaxation, as well as song circles where we invite you to sing along.

A lifelong artist, musician, and facilitator from Malmö, Rico carries a deep, vibrant presence in his work. Having lived and trained in West African rhythms within a Malinké family for years, he has since worked with music in countless forms. His passion lies in merging music, presence, free expression, and community building.
For over 15 years, Rico has led workshops in schools and businesses, always centered around the power of collective creation and connection.

🎵 FRIDA
A musician, yoga teacher, and founder of Fridfullt in Habo, Frida brings playfulness, presence, and exploration into her yoga classes, offering people a space to step outside of rigid structures, pressure, and expectations. Instead, she inspires her students to find their own flow, inner fire, and deepest longing.
She is also deeply passionate about helping people release tension and open up to a greater sense of inner connection through deep relaxation. Her meditative sound journeys guide participants into profound stillness and rest, using a variety of instruments and vocal harmonies to cradle them into total peace.

PossibilityHuman and PossibilityArt. Sara Amanda is a specialist on how to free yourself from effects of the past to be able to live as a safe and free human being. Softly deepening into the inner universe and replacing pain with pleasure is a miracle available for all of us. Free movement through the body is one of Sara Amandas important tools and she has been inspiring groups for 16 years.
