We are thrilled to announce that on November 15 we gather again!
We’ll open our circle with a sacred cacao ceremony, then journey through a somatic movement practice leading into ecstatic dance, and close with an integrative sound healing journey to ground and harmonize.

Ecstatic Flow gatherings are devoted to creating a safe, heart-centered space where you can release inhibitions, move to the rhythm of your being, and reconnect with your essence among other beautiful souls.
Each journey is an alchemy of movement and awareness — an invitation to shake loose what no longer serves you, deepen your self-connection, free your expression, unleash your inner wisdom, and celebrate life in all of its rawness.

Ecstatic Dance
Ecstatic Dance is a free form of dance. We see it as a journey into the depths of your being, where the body becomes your guide and music your compass.
Here you’re invited to release the mind’s constraints and surrender to the innate wisdom that lives within your body.
Our bodies carry stories, memories, and emotions woven deep into our muscles and bones. Through this transformative practice, we allow those stories to surface — to be felt, witnessed, and released.
As you move, you may feel tension dissolve, emotions rise, or energy begin to flow more freely. Each step becomes a pathway to liberation — an act of reclaiming presence and vitality.
In this sacred space of movement, you’re invited to heal old wounds, unravel resistance, and awaken deeper awareness. Some moments may feel meditative, others ecstatic — all are welcome. Here, movement becomes medicine, and dance becomes prayer.
Through Ecstatic Dance, we transcend the ego’s boundaries and enter states of ecstasy, harmony, connection, and unity.

Cacao Ceremony
Cacao has been used in sacred rituals for over 4,000 years, revered as a heart-opening medicine that deepens connection with self and others.
We use ceremonial-grade cacao sourced from trusted suppliers, ensuring purity and potency. Combined with warming spices, it nourishes the body and opens the heart — supporting you in entering the dance with softness, clarity, and intention.
Cacao is also rich in antioxidants, aiding in gentle detoxification. Remember to bring water to stay hydrated and support your body throughout the experience.

Sound has always been a bridge between worlds — a potent tool for healing and transformation.
Our closing Sound Healing Journey weaves together soothing melodies and vibrational frequencies that invite you into deep relaxation, stillness, and renewal.
As you surrender to the waves of sound, your body and mind naturally begin to release tension and recalibrate to harmony.
Each tone becomes a prayer — a vibration of peace resonating through every cell.
By the end, you’ll emerge refreshed, grounded, and attuned to the quiet rhythm of your own inner harmony.

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀:
𝗜𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗮 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲 is a coach, facilitator, space curator and holistic teacher devoted to igniting positive change through conversation, movement, and embodied presence. For over a decade, she has walked the path of awareness — and for the past six years, she’s been guiding others on their journeys.
𝗜𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗲𝗹: Sound Alchemist, healer, forest planter and men’s embodiment coach. Assisting in the co-creation of Heaven on Earth through different creations that plant trees 🌳. With a big passion for music and 15 over years of DJ’ing experience, he passionately holds space through ecstatic dance journeys for people to explore the depths within themselves.
