Familia, the first Ecstatic ceremony of 2025 will take place on January 18.A portal of healing, self-expression, growth, expansion, and connection.
We will open our circle with a sacred cacao ceremony, move into a somatic practice followed by movement, then lead you into ecstatic dance and close off with an integrative sound healing journey.

Our monthly gatherings hold a safe space to release inhibitions and move to the rhythm of your heart among brothers and sisters.
It's an alchemical journey where you get to transform what no longer serves you, deepen your self-connection, free your self-expression, unleash your inner wisdom, expand your awareness, ground yourself in your center, and CELEBRATE LIFE in a conscious, heartfelt way.

Our bodies carry stories, memories, and emotions, often stored deep within our muscles, tissues, and bones. Through the transformative practice of Ecstatic Dance, we unlock these somatic treasures, inviting them to surface and be acknowledged.
As you sway, spin, and sway to the rhythm of the music, you'll notice sensations arise within you—perhaps tension releasing, emotions stirring, or energy flowing unimpeded. Each movement becomes a vehicle for exploration, a pathway to liberation from the confines of the past and the limitations of the present.
In this sacred space of movement and embodiment, you have the opportunity to heal old wounds, unravel patterns of resistance, and cultivate a deeper sense of self-awareness and acceptance. 𝗖𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗼 rituals date back over 4000 years, revered for their transformative power in various ceremonies and sacred spaces. Today, many tribes still utilize cacao as a healing medicine, viewing it as a gateway to opening the heart and deepening connections.
We exclusively use ceremonial grade cacao sourced from trusted suppliers, ensuring its purity and potency. Combined with spices, it offers numerous benefits when consumed. If you have any concerns about consumption, feel free to reach out to us.
Cacao is also a powerful antioxidant, aiding in detoxification. Remember to bring a water bottle for hydration and to support your body throughout the process.

𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀:
𝗜𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗮 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲. Space holder, mentor and an alternative therapist supporting people on their healing journey's. She has been on her own healing and awakening journey for over a decade now, drawing wisdom from various mentors, teachers, practices and plant medicines to heal and come home to her authentic self. She loves experiencing and experimenting with diverse modalities, in guiding herself and others.
𝗜𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗲𝗹: Sound Alchemist, healer, forest planter and men’s embodiment coach. Assisting in the co-creation of Heaven on Earth through different creations that plant trees 🌳. With a big passion for music and 15 over years of DJ’ing experience, he passionately holds space through ecstatic dance journeys for people to explore the depths within themselves.
