Ecstatic Dance is all about dancing like no one is watching you, Cacoa Ceremony, Live DJ with Sound System, and Sound bath The Practice: 90 minutes of freestyle dancing to a large sound wave with a mixed genre music set. Featuring Live DJ with amazing sound system. Some guidance & facilitation will be provided. And then we will let the music, the community and our own inner space direct our steps, our movements, our expression, our journey. You'll be led by a live DJ Hannah who will start with low tempo melodic, soulful and heartfelt tunes. You can dive deeply into the heart and body, connecting and expressing, letting go and having fun. Moving your body in any way that you wish.
Ecstatic dance is an opportunity to move, express, release, embody, energise, activate, return home to ourselves. Exploring and meeting different states of being in a sober environment. Supported by music, movement and community.
