What is Ecstatic Dance?
Ecstatic dance is a free-form movement practice designed to ignite transformation. No choreography, no steps to follow. We invite you to discover the healing power of the body’s natural wisdom. We hold an intentional space that allows you to fully express yourself in a supportive community container.

We value reciprocity. If you are unable to afford a ticket, but you want to attend, reach out to see about exchanging something at equal value as a form of energetic reciprocation.
