7:30 - Embodiment Practice
7:45 - Opening Circle
8pm - Music Starts
9:25 - Closing Circle
Ecstatic Dance Etiquette:
The dance floor is a judgment-free zone. Leave your judgments of yourself and others at the door.
1) Dance sober. Please refrain from alcohol or heavy drugs. Dance as your authentic self.
2) No talking on the dance floor. Please take conversations outside the dance space.
3) No recording or photography.
4) If you want to dance with someone, ask first non-verbally. If they accept, you may dance together. Accept any "No" graciously.
5) Avoid heavy scents. Please address any strong body odor.
Wear comfortable clothing.
Bringing water is recommended.
