Join us on Sunday, August 17th, for another epic Ecstatic Dance SLO, where Santa Cruz's ecstatic dance DJ, Avira Pearl, will make her SLO debut! We will begin with 15 minutes of guided movement with Analee, followed by ecstatic dancing to uplifting creations, and conclude with a sound experience of singing and harp by Timo! 100% of the profit from this dance will go to families displaced by the Gifford fire. We hope to see you on the dance floor!
SCHEDULE:
⭐11:00am - Doors Open
⭐11:15am - Opening Movement with Analee
⭐11:30am - Ecstatic Dance w/ DJ Avira Pearl from Santa Cruz
⭐11:45am - Closing Sound Experience with Timo
⭐1:00pm - End of Session
ADMISSION:
($10 - $20 suggested donation at the doors) can be made with cash, Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle.
GUIDELINES:
1. RESPONSIBLE: You can dance alone or
with partners. Consent is the priority; honor the experience of others with spaciousness and engage a dancer only after receiving a clear yes. If you wish not to engage, bowing out is an encouraged gesture.
2. RESPECT: No shoes on the dance floor
3. CONSCIOUSNESS: Drug-free and alcohol-free environment
4. SACRED SPACE: No photos or videos, cellphones muted
5. PEACE: No talking on the dance floor
6. EXPRESSION: Dancers are required to remain fully clothed throughout the dance. You may get sweaty, so please arrive appropriately dressed. We have AC!

Ecstatic Dance SLO is a community gathering for people who want to express themselves in a playful, artistic, and sacred space with other people who value conscious connection, movement, and great music!
We hold a nonverbal, shoe-free, substance-use-free, and judgment-free container to keep the journey playful, sacred, and lucid. The experience is curated for you to let loose, commune with your body, and connect with others in a vibrant setting. We invite you to dance the morning away and walk out into the world empowered to engage your wildest dreams!
We invite participants to utilize the Ecstatic Dance space as a laboratory for creative movement, self-expression, authentic connections, and a healthy dose of sweat. We're invested in facilitating space for the Ecstatic Dance community to thrive.
Ecstatic Dance SLO is conveniently located in the SLO Public Market, with many eateries to choose from. We encourage you to invite a new or old friend for a juice or lunch after the dance.
