
About this Event
We open with "arrive, stretch, breathe or meditate" at 6:30pm and open the dance in a circle sharing names, intentions, guidelines and a facilitated gentle movement practice. You move as much or as little as you like. Move how you like. It's a no drug or alcohol mindful practice. At the end we circle up and share verbally if anyone wants too. Some do it for exercise, to connect, to let go, to access more of their body/mind, to pray, to play or to celebrate. It's dance. It's a sacred space. This dance ends at 9pm
