Welcome back to the second edition of Ecstatic Dance Oakville — a conscious movement gathering rooted in music, embodiment, and community.

After an almost SOLD OUT first event in November we are excited to be back by popular demand!
On Sunday, January 11th, we gather at 1:11 PM — a powerful portal time symbolizing alignment, intention, and conscious creation. This dance is an invitation to step into the new year embodied, present, and connected to what wants to move through you.

Set within the serene atmosphere of My Vitae Wellness Studio, this experience invites you to reconnect with your body, quiet the mind, and express your authentic self through movement.

Guided by a live, DJ-curated journey of global grooves with Cacaoboy (aka Jesse Buck), the dance unfolds in waves — from grounding and subtle beginnings, through deep rhythmic exploration and release, into a soft landing of integration and stillness.

No experience required. No choreography. Just presence, breath, and movement.

Ecstatic Dance is freeform movement—a practice of self-expression and awareness. There are no steps to learn, and no expectations. Music moves from slow and grounding to high-energy and expansive, inviting you to feel, move, and release at your own pace in a safe, substance-free container. It’s not about how you look—it’s about how you feel.
