Following our pre launch taster session in November we have taken some time to listen to the feedback from dancers, organisers and local business and rebuild our offering in this new space where we TAKEOVER Brixton Yoga and deliver a conscious dance experience that supports our joy, resilience, expression and self determination to show up as the most delightfully empowerd version ourselves that is unapoligetically ourselves.

We gather in space made sacred by our steps to dance our prayers, sweat our joy, and reconnect to what’s real. The grounded centered and present self.

This is a Alcohol Free / Conscious dance activity - designed to support our individual connection to our natural energy flow. Stimlated by just the music, the movement and the opportunity to express fully

We dance without speaking just listening, moving, observing only ourself and translating our inner conversation into joyous, immersive and powerful expressions in dance.

All our welcome - no dance experience neccessary but this session will also provide seasoned dancers with an opportuinty to flow freely, in the moment and explore a connection with sound, intention and soul.
