Following our pre launch taster session in November we have taken some time to listen to the dancers and rebuild our offering in this new space where we TAKEOVER Brixton Yoga Studio in Leamington Spa to bring you a ROOM 4 MOVEMENT

We dance without speaking just listening, moving, observing only ourself and translating our inner conversation into joyous, immersive and powerful expressions in dance.
All our welcome - no dance experience neccessary but this session will also provide seasoned dancers with an opportuinty to flow freely, in the moment and explore a connection with sound, intention and soul.
