Through an Ecstatic Dance experience through the community at Yoga Kurunta.

Fruitfulness.
Ecstatic Dance is a type of Somatic Therapy that utilizes bottom up theory, which prioritizes coming back into body awareness to feel.
A place to release tension and trauma stuck in the tissues.
To experience the joy within ourselves and experience everything in between.
As we grow we must direct our energy and accept the consequences and gifts of our energy output. What seeds we’ve plants and continue to do our best to keep our inner garden healthy despite the challenges, energy requests, or pests it may be facing.
Still we can focus on gratitude and becoming.
We remember that this is a time for fresh starts in the new moon as we ramp up for more heat. We take a moment to reflect.
We must take deep care of ourselves as the heat, our communities, Creator and our lives ask more of us.
