We’ve made it through the portal of the Spring Equinox and all of Earth is celebrating with new growth, blossoms, and life! Let us raise our arms, revel in the expansion, and celebrate together by Basking in Gratitude!This Ecstatic Dance Journey will be focused on gratitudes—big and small. As we open our hearts and drink in the expanding light of the sun, may we become illuminated to the unwavering truth, light, and love at the core of our being.
Ecstatic Dance is a beautiful way to:

*explore your body/mind/thoughts/emotions beyond the constructs of "everyday consciousness"

*connect deeper with others/community
We will flow through opening ceremony (face painting optional), movement lexicon, dance, connection, closing ceremony.
*Wear comfortable clothes, and bring a water bottle.
