We invite you to let your inner child come out for a play, to activate your senses, awaken your spirit, and explore the depths of your being in a safe dance space.
Find freedom and interconnectedness through dance, music , movement , connection and community.
Bonnie will weave live instruments and guide movement exploration practices throughout the dance, while Michael explores a variety of musical frequencies playing a live DJ set. Come dance with us to align the mind, body and soul .
