WHAT IS IT?
Ecstatic Dance has become a global movement! It's a welcoming space for self-expression and free movement, inviting individuals to explore their inner and outer worlds through dancing to music and the group's energy. No experience necessary, all ages and abilities welcome.

SCHEDULE
Opening Circle begins at 11am to provide a few minutes to center and ground ourselves together and share our intentions. We will then move into our exploration of free movement to a 75 minute playlist. We will end with a closing circle to share a few last words about our experience.
**Please arrive before 11am to give yourself enough time to say hello, sign-in, donate and land in the space before we begin. Doors will close at 11:00 as we begin circle.
