Ecstatic Dance is a joyful, soul-nourishing space where you can express yourself authentically, shake off stress, and reconnect with your natural rhythms, explore movement & joy.
It blends guided movement, improvisational dance, mindfulness, and playful exploration to spark creativity, release emotions, and awaken joy. Think of it as equal parts therapy, community, and celebration.
$40 for 1 adult & 1 child +$5 per additional child
