Join me for a somatic dance experience that will allow you to connect deeply with your body, with your mind and with your soul as you feel and heal through uninhibited somatic movement. ✨✨✨We will begin the evening with a cocao circle to open our hearts to the magic and the medicine that wants to flow through for us at this full moon event! We will then be gently guided to dance in love and gratitude and to release and let go of what no longer serves us
I will lovingly guide you through creating safety with your body and how it wants to move and be expressed and I will also offer my many modalities of energy healing and activation to help move any energy that is feeling stuck in your body as a part of this experience when it is requested. This is a very powerful experience that moves a tremendous amount of energy and is sure to make you feel at least 10x lighter in your body ✨✨✨✨✨
Ecstatic dance is a judgement free space that allows you to stretch and open and explore and express yourself through empowered movement. This experience is open to those who are ready to connect deeper with their own bodies on their own personal journeys. All are welcome!
