Join us for ECSTATIC DANCE DELRAY a night of freedom and dancing at Casa Mannabliss ! Get ready to free your Spirit, tune into your body and flow with the beats. This is the place to be on Friday night!

Whether you're a seasoned dancer or just want to shake off the stress of the week, Ecstatic Friday is the perfect way to kickstart your weekend. So grab your friends and get ready to dance like nobody's watching! Ecstatic Friday is an ecstatic dance event offered twice a month at Casa Manabliss in Delray Beach Florida.

If you have never experenced Ecstatic Dance this is a safe place for you express your self through movement!

We have a grounding practice at 7:45pm and music begins at 8pm. DJ Set closes with short Sound Bath/Meditation at 9:30pm. We often have a local musician share an acoustic song at beginning of closing circle and then we like to give each guest an opportunity to express themselves before closing the circle @ 10pm (this event will go to 11pm).

3 Simple Guidelines

1. We Dance without shoes (or: We Dance Barefoot) This allows us to connect more fully with the Ground (socks are OK) If you have a physical condition that you need dance shoes, then OK
2. We Dance without words (or: We Dance with Body Language) This makes it easier to be in a Meditative State Without Verbal Instruction from the Facilitators & Without Talking from the Dancers
3. We Dance as We Are : Without Drugs/Alcohol, Without Expectations, Without Judgements! Just Be Yourself; With Respect for Ourselves, the Space, and One Another.

The Flow:

7:30 pm Doors open
7:45 pm Grounding (TBD)
8:00 pm Music Begins
9:15 pm Sound bath (approx 10-15mins)
9:30 pm Closing Circle
10:00 pm Completion

Ecstatic dance is a form of dance in which the dancers, sometimes without the need to follow specific steps, surrender themselves to the rhythm and move freely as the music takes them, leading to trance and a feeling of ecstasy.

"Ecstatic Dance is not about looking good or following specific steps. Its about surrendering to the music and letting you body express its true essence.
