Ecstatic Dance este o fenomen global, o petrecere conștientă, o ceremonie, o practică de mișcare, un spațiu sigur unde te poți explora și te poți bucura de tine, de ceilalți, de dans și de muzică!
Invitatul acestei ediții este Jethro Obadja Rahajaan din Amsterdam 😃❤️ Ca și fost dansator profesionst, Jethro s-a imersat în fenomenul Ecstatic Dance acum 10 ani, fiind un mediu în care se simte ca acasă. După ce a organizat și facilitat numeroase evenimente în Olanda, în anul 2020 a trecut natural la rolul de DJ, canalizând astfel experiența sa profundă de dansator înspre ringul de dans Ecstatic printr-o muzică vibrantă, puternică și pătrunzătoare. Jehtro revine pentru a 3-a oară în Cluj și abia așteptăm să-l avem din nou în mijlocul nostru!
🌟 Ne întâlnim pentru a ne exprima liber prin mișcare, într-un spațiu non-verbal, în care stările interioare se manifestă prin intermediul corpului.

Ecstatic Dance este un eveniment, o petrecere, o ceremonie, o practică de meditație prin mișcare, un loc de explorare prin joacă în care dansul și mișcarea autentică devin căi de conectare la EMOȚII și senzații pe care nu le accesăm în viața de zi cu zi sau care nu și-au găsit contextul pentru a fi exprimate.
Începem cu exerciții simple de mișcare pentru a ne încălzi corpul și pentru a ne familiariza cu spațiul și cu celelalte persoane. Urmează două ore și jumate de dans ecstatic, pe parcursul cărora MUZICA este singurul nostru GHID, colajul de ritmuri și melodii fiind creat ca suport pentru experimentarea unei game largi de trăiri. Apoi, spre sfârșitul călătoriei, muzica de relaxare ne invită la conștientizarea și asimilarea experienței avute.
🌟 Despre Jethro:
Jethro Rahajaan, a former professional dancer, discovered Ecstatic Dance in Amsterdam in 2015 and immediately felt at home in its free-flowing expression. He was soon invited to become a ceremony leader for multiple Ecstatic Dance events across the Netherlands, deepening his connection to movement as a tool for transformation. In 2020, he stepped into the role of an Ecstatic Dance DJ, channeling his deep understanding of the body into musical journeys that inspire expansion and release.
Now playing across Europe, Guatemala, and Mexico, Jethro is a weekly DJ for Ecstatic Dance Odessa Amsterdam, and regularly plays in Paris, Hamburg, Cologne, Cluj-Napoca and many other places in Europa. His sets are known for their deep, grounding flow, powerful energy shifts, and smooth landings, creating waves that invite dancers to explore new layers within themselves. With his background in diverse dance forms, he intuitively reads the crowd, guiding them into a space of embodied freedom and authentic expression.
🌟 Dansul ecstatic ne arată drumul spre a vedea posibilitățile, avantajele și provocările dansului printr-o nouă formă de IMPLICARE și CONȘTIENTIZARE. Acesta nu pune accentul doar pe actul în sine de a dansa, ci și pe angajamentul nostru conștient și intenționat în această acțiune.
Ecstatic Dance este un spațiu de siguranță, acceptare și explorare, în care poți dansa fără a te preocupa de cum arată mișcările tale și în care îți poți lăsa corpul să se exprime cum își dorește.

PRINCIPII:
🌊 Ringul de dans este un spațiu non-verbal. Astfel, este mai ușor să ne mutăm atenția din minte în corp și să găsim noi moduri de a ne exprima și/sau de a interacționa cu ceilalți.
🌊 Pentru o avea o experiență cât mai autentică, pe parcursul evenimentului NU se consumă alcool, tutun și alte droguri.
🌊 Putem dansa singuri, cu ceilalți sau putem sta și privi, respectând spațiul și pe ceilalți.
🌊 Nu este nevoie de experiență în dans. Deschis pentru orice vârstă și condiție fizică.
🌊 Să îți aduci haine comode și nu uita de apă!
🌊 Pe parcursul evenimentului nu se vor face poze sau filmări 🙏

🌟 The event will start with a short warm-up to stretch, to get familiar with the space and with other people. Then, we`ll flow into the Ecstatic Dance. For two hours, the DJ will guide us for a JOURNEY through genres, tempos and different cultural influences. You are invited to move as the MUSIC inspires you and as your body wishes in a safe and non-judgmental space.
This is an opportunity to exercise your body and mind, to process emotions, to EXPLORE and to PLAY, dancing alone or with other people or just sitting. We close with a session of relaxation music to integrate insights and connections into our beings.
🌟 Ecstatic Dancing reveals the possibilities, advantages and challenges of dancing, bringing AWARENESS not just to the activity itself, but also to our COMMITMENT and INTENTION towards this activity.

GUIDELINES:
🌊 For a truly authentic experience, the dance floor is a NON-VERBAL space. Leaving words behind allows us to move out of our minds and into our bodies, finding new ways to express ourselves and to connect with others.
🌊 Alcohol/ tobacco/ drug-free environment.
🌊 Respect for the space and for one another.
🌊 Consider wearing loose-fitting clothes that allow you to move freely and bring a bottle of water.
🌊 The event addresses all dance enthusiasts, regardless of age, dance experience or physical condition.

🕊️ Az eksztatikus tánc egy táncos buli, egy utazás, egy közösségi szertartás, amely bárki számára nyitott.
🌟 April 4. egy különleges vasárnap lesz, amikor összegyűlünk, hogy együtt táncoljunk és ünnepeljünk! Az eksztatikus tánc egy olyan buli, ahol hozzánk hasonló emberekkel találkozunk. A mozgás szabadsága és az egész környezet segít összehangolni az érzelmeinket az elménkkel, a testünkkel és a pillanat energiájával ❤️ Még ha még sosem voltál is eksztatikus táncon, várunk szeretettel!
🌟 Az esemény egy rövid bemelegítéssel kezdődik, nyújtózkodunk, megismerkedünk a térrel és a többi emberrel. Ezután átfolyunk az eksztatikus táncba. Két órán keresztül a DJ kalauzol bennünket egy ÚTON, műfajokon, tempókon és különböző kulturális hatásokon keresztül. Arra kérünk benneteket, hogy mozogjatok úgy, ahogy a ZENE inspirál, és ahogy a testetek szeretné, egy biztonságos és ítélkezésmentes térben.
Ez egy lehetőség a test és az elme gyakorlására, az érzelmek feldolgozására, a FELTÖLTÉSRE és a JÁTÉKRA, egyedül, másokkal együtt táncolva vagy csak ülve. Egy relaxációs zenés foglalkozással zárunk, hogy a felismeréseket és kapcsolatokat integráljuk a létezésünkbe.
🌟 Az eksztatikus tánc feltárja a tánc lehetőségeit, előnyeit és kihívásait, tudatosítva nem csak magát a tevékenységet, hanem a tevékenység iránti elkötelezettségünket és szándékunkat is.

🌊 Az igazán autentikus élmény érdekében a tánctér NEM VERBÁLIS tér. A szavak elhagyása lehetővé teszi számunkra, hogy kimozduljunk az elménkből a testünkbe, új utakat találva önmagunk kifejezésére és a másokkal való kapcsolatteremtésre.
