✨ Ecstatic Dance Journey January 31st ✨
with Cacao, Shamanic Drumming, Sound Journey and Live Trumpet
Find your flow through movement on Saturday, January 31st, from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM. This is a judgement free, sacred space to explore movement, connect with your inner rhythm and experience the joy of embodied self expression.
We begin by opening the heart with ceremonial cacao, grounding into the body through shamanic drumming and journeying together into an Ecstatic Dance experience guided by evolving soundscapes and live trumpet music.
No experience is needed, just come with an open mind and a willingness to move.
Let the music carry you into a state of pure flow, where worries melt away and movement becomes meditation.
Music Journey: A carefully curated journey through ambient, oriental, soulful house, electronic, and tribal beats, building from gentle and grounding to expansive and ecstatic.
Arrival: Please arrive on time and enter the space silently to help preserve the atmosphere.
Guidelines:
🦶 Barefoot to connect more deeply with the earth, your body and the space.
😇 Sober, we dance in our natural, mindful state.
🤫 Sacred silence, no talking during the dance, there will be time to share afterward 😊
📱 No phones, this is a phone free zone.
💖 Respect, take responsibility for yourself and honor others’ personal space.
What to Bring: A water bottle, comfortable clothes that allow free movement and an open, curious and receptive mind.

About Ecstatic Dance: Ecstatic Dance is a free form, conscious dance experience guided by music and community. The journey unfolds from softer, grounding sounds into more energetic and expressive rhythms, allowing each dancer to move in their own authentic way. Our sessions offer a safe, respectful, and inclusive space to express yourself freely through movement and music, guided from within.
