ECSTATIC DANCE BIRDWe are gathering together for ecstatic dance to celebrate life and all its facets and colours through authentic dance. We practice letting go, letting wild, letting intimacy, letting sensuality, letting being present as is. Together we step into the person we wish to become on the dance floor and fused into life.
THE FORMAT
- We invite various Guest DJ's to play for us every time.- We hand pick highly experienced DJ's!
- We begin the journey together and end the journey together.

- Year 2025- Weekly
- Locations: Basel @ Kulturkirche Paulus & K-Haus.
The FLOW
We begin with an open circle & Warm up, to tune-in to ourselves and the group. The facilitator then guides us into our authentic dance.
The DJ leads us into an Ecstatic Dance musical journey. We end with a laying down Sound Bath for integration and a closing circle.
*We Begin the opening circle at 19:15, you can arrive anytime between 18:30 - 19:15

19.15- 19:45 Opening Circle & Warm-up into Dance
19:45-21:30- Ecstatic Dance
21:30- 22:00 - Sound Bath
22:00- Closing Circle
