Do you love to dance, move & groove? Come dance with us on the 1st & 3rd Tuesdays each month from 6-8pm. Music is made per dance and the length is announced on IG the day of the dance. Doors are open 6-8pm!Ecstatic Dance is freeform movement to music, allowing you to melt into the music and be free.
We come together to dance through this movement meditation, to release anything that no longer serves us, to heal ourselves and share with our community. Come dance at Unity of Birmingham on Tuesdays @6pm!! If you are new to ecstatic dance, we welcome you with total acceptance and love!! Please keep in mind, this is a donation based class with a minimum donation of $10 you can Venmo @EcstaticBham Cashapp $KamrynNaylor or leave a cash donation at the door. There is limited to no talking during dance, please be courteous to other dancers and their flow. Children are more than welcome! Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and anything else that is calling you for this practice!
