Get ready to move your body, open your heart, and connect with the rhythms of love at our next Ecstatic Dance Bakersfield event! This special gathering is all about celebrating love in its many forms—with yourself, with others, and with the music.
We’ll provide heart-shaped candy as a sweet treat for attendees while you flow through this unique journey. Our music set theme is Love Songs, curated to uplift your spirit, ignite your joy, and inspire deep connection.
What to Expect:
💓 Warm-Up: Ease into your body with guided movement as we set the tone for the dance.
🎶 Ecstatic Dance: Move freely to an intentional, love-inspired DJ set. Dance how you feel—no judgment, no choreography, just YOU.
🎵 Sound Bath & Closing: End on a tranquil note with soothing sounds to ground your energy and integrate the experience.
What is Ecstatic Dance?
Ecstatic Dance is a safe, inclusive space for self-expression, connection, and healing through music and movement. There’s no right or wrong way to dance—let the music guide you, and let your body lead the way.

🌿 Freestyle movement—no talking on the dance floor
🌿 No phones—stay present in the moment
All are welcome! Whether you’re an experienced dancer or brand new, this event is open to anyone who feels the call to move, play, and celebrate love.
