Dance freely, release fully, and celebrate the mechanics of delight in every step. This ecstatic dance flows from dreamy, ambient beginnings through funky grooves, playful quirkiness, and euphoric, cinematic peaks, guiding your body and imagination toward liberation and bliss.

Drawing on 25+ years in martial arts and ecstatic dance, Erika facilitates Energy Dance Ceremonies—immersive journeys that blend the wisdom of energy work, intention and visualization together with free-form movement. Participants often experience lasting transformation, reclaiming new wisdoms of how to use dance as a tool for transformation - deep healing, awakening spiritual gifts, and clarifying life purpose. Rooted in a vision of a liberatory world, Erika’s work helps us unlearn harmful societal conditioning and remember our true, radiant wholeness.
