September's ecstatic dance going down on Saturday September 7th - and we're closing the event down with a magical, other worldly, potent AF sound bath from Enlightened Evolutionary Healings! ?????✨If you've never tried ecstatic dance before, you are encouraged to lean in and see what all the magic is about! ✨
Drop out of the stories of the mind and tap into the wisdom in the body through the somatic and embodiment practice of ecstatic dance!
Something really powerful happens when we dance uninhibited.
By giving ourselves permission to express ourselves fully, we unlock new levels of self acceptance, self love, and are able to facilitate lasting shifts at the nervous system level.
Plus it's so much fun!! (Like, SO much fun! ?)
The music will be ?!
The vibes will be high! ?
And we'll close with an incredible sound bath to seal in and embody all the expansion you created within yourself.
This is going to be a powerful event and we can't wait to co-create some magic with you!
Logistic details:
-The event is $35, and it's ideal to reserve your spot in advance as space will be more limited since we'll be laying down for a sound bath at the end.
- optional vegan microdose ? chocolates available for an additional $5 (these will not impact your ability to drive after).
-arrive ON TIME so we can lock the doors and open the space right at 7.
-bring water, wear loose comfy clothes and shoes you can dance in (the floor is hard), and bring an open heart and an intention.
-yoga mat and/or blanket for the sound bath. I'll have extras but not enough for everyone.
-Parking is on any of the side streets and the entrance is the door on Chilver.
