Welcome to the Center for Yoga's Ecstatic Dance & Sound Bath Workshop! Get ready to experience a transformative journey of movement and sound. Led by our talented CFY teacher and sound healer, Allison Beteta, you will be guided through a dynamic and uplifting dance practice.
As you move to the rhythm, our in-studio musician, Marc Soloman, will create an immersive atmosphere with his DJing and live guitar. The synergy between the music and your movements will elevate your experience to new heights.
This workshop is all about building a sense of community. You will have the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals who share your passion for dance and self-expression. Together, we will create a supportive and inclusive space where everyone can freely express themselves.
To conclude the evening, we will indulge in a restorative sound bath. Allow the soothing sounds to wash over you, melting away any tension and leaving you feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated.
