Ecstatic Dance & Sound Bath
Join us for a transformative afternoon combining Ecstatic Dance and Sound Healing. This experience is designed to help you release stress, energise your body, and connect with your deepest self. Through dance, sound, and sacred cacao, you'll move through emotional blockages, quiet the mind, and awaken your heart to self-love and acceptance.
What to expect:

Ecstatic Dance: Marcelina will guide participants through an Ecstatic Dance, a free-form movement practice that encourages the release of stuck energy and emotions. The dance will allow you to express yourself fully, reconnect with your body, tap into your inner wisdom and joy.
Sound Bath: Following the dance, Emma will lead a sound bath using a range of instruments like gongs, crystal bowls, and flutes. This immersive sound experience creates a meditative state that promotes deep relaxation and healing. The vibrations and frequencies generated during the sound bath facilitate a profound sense of peace and well-being, allowing you to journey inward and explore different dimensions of consciousness.

Marcelina has been practicing Ecstatic Dance for three years, discovering its power in reconnecting with her body and inner strength. As a certified Ecstatic Awakening Dance Facilitator, she is dedicated to helping others find their own truth and freedom.
Emma Kennedy is an experienced healer and sound therapist who works with a variety of instruments, including gongs, crystal bowls, and flutes. Her sessions often incorporate vocal frequencies that facilitate deep cellular transformation. She also specializes in shamanic practices, working with the sacred plant medicine cacao to open the heart and facilitate deep inner journeys.
