Entheo (Theo Grace) is a new member of our Boulder community, and I am elated to have such an awesome and versatile artist (and human) to be collaborating this journey space with. He is a producer of uplifting EDM, meditative soundscapes, and juicy downtempo music. From an awesome dance experience to deep journey space, Entheo has epic musical soundscapes to take us through a very special evening of dance, ceremony and community. So many of my favorite things :)
This is a wonderful opportunity to drop into a beautifully held, inspirational, and permission filled space that welcomes you to liberate the radiance within yourself. This is a container where we get to welcome any and all layers of ourselves to be seen, expressed and embraced by oneself and community. We are here to turn towards what is ready to be seen and brought into the light, with the courage to fully feel and express, without attachment to story.
Flow of the evening:
540-6pm: Arrive and land in the Star House
6-615pm: Opening
615-730: Ecstatic Dance
730-8: Set up for Breathwork
8-915: Breathwork Ceremony
9:15-940: Groups of 3 nourishing integration
940-10: Closing
About the breathwork:
Circular/Connected Breathing is a tool we can utilize to transform ourselves on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level. This process activates the pineal gland, which helps us journey into expanded states of consciousness that connect us with our higher selves, resulting in profound experiences of clarity. The breath expresses with an active inhale and relaxing/surrendering exhale. There is a total of 50mins of active breathing and we will be laying down in a restorative position throughout. Total journey time is 1 hr an 15 mins. No experience needed.
What to Bring:
A mat to lay on, pillow, blanket, clothes to dance in, water bottle, intention & anything else that serves you laying down for 1 hr and 15 mins

Danny is a breathworker, conscious dance DJ, dance facilitator and connection creator. He devotes himself to creating safe, inspiring experiences that invite more authentic expressions of ourselves. He is inspired to show up with his greatest gifts by offering radical presence, safety, and a meeting in the depths of authentic emotion. He is committed to building and deepening community in Boulder, CO.
We are blessed with the privilege of co-creating this intimate container at my favorite space in the front range "The Star House". It is time to gather, connect, play, and support one another.
